OLRA Educational Foundation - USA is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit educational foundation established in the year 2002 and based in Houston, Texas. This equal opportunity, nondiscriminatory foundation is dedicated to improving the lives of the underprivileged population in the USA, India, China, Philippines and the rest of Southeast Asia by providing them:

Education, Training and Counseling services about Career opportunities,
Social, Economic, and Logistical support, and
Academic incentives (scholarships) to qualified students in the community.

The founder of OLRA Educational Foundation witnessed how his parents initiated a school project which blossomed into a full college serving the Tarlac Province in the Philippines for the past fifty years.
The school and college have graduated over 500 prominent Filipino citizen professionals who serve their country as physicians, lawyers, professors and engineers. The desire to continue the educational legacy that had been started in the Philippines led to the creation of the OLRA Educational Foundation.
While the focus of the foundation is to provide better career opportunities to the underserved/underprivileged low-income communities through education, it recognizes that the mission cannot be accomplished without overcoming the existing social, linguistic, cultural, and economic barriers in the region.
